We called because we found a kitten stuck in a tree more than 40 feet up (thats what the fire fighters told us & couldnt really help further) He came within 30mins and as fast as he arrived 7mins later the baby was in our arms. He puts his hard work and effort into the job that needs to be done he has a really good set of guy that really pull together as a team.. I had about 5trees that had to be taken down.. on the day Mike and his crew came my cat got caught up in one of those trees.. I was so fortunate to have him come that day.. he arrived 10mins earlier then expected was able to get my cat out of the tree and get to work cutting down the rest of the trees..
